Eat Only These Foods
Eat the foods on this list that you like.
Don’t eat the foods here that you don’t like. 🙂
And eat as much of each food as you wish.
- Cottage Cheese
- Rice — plain with no milk, cream or sugar
- Apple — raw, peeled, cored, mushed up (Sorry, no apple sauce allowed.)
Drink Only Water
Continue this program until normal, formed bowel movements return, which may take 2-4 days.
If diarrhea continues, please return to Doctor Buckmaster at the Foley office on South 59.
Be sure to tell the doctor if you see blood in your feces.
